Han Ji-Sung was born on September 14, 2000, in South Korea, making him 24 years old as of 2024. He moved to Malaysia at a young age and learned how to speak English. However, he dropped out shortly after.

At 16, Han moved back to Korea to take GED exams. During this time, he and his friends heard about auditions at JYP Entertainment. They went hoping to see celebrities, but Han ended up auditioning himself.

Han Jisung joined JYP Entertainment in 2016 as a trainee. During this time, he formed a group with Bang Chan and Changbin. The trio named themselves 3RACHA, and they released original mixtapes on SoundCloud.
