All About Walker Scobell’s Life and Family

Not many of his viewers know this, but Walker Scobell grew up in a military family. The young actor has lived all over the country, from the mountains of Colorado to sunny California, moving wherever his father, Lt. Pete Scobell, was deployed. Since childhood, Walker has maintained a tight-knit relationship with his family, including his mom, Heather Scobell, older sister, Kathleen Scobell, and younger brother, Tanner Scobell.

In an interview with J-14 Magazine, the teenager shared that he and his mom text often. He stated, “Every time I go on a trip without her, she texts me like every second asking if I’m okay and that she misses me.” He added, “She’s the best.” Growing up, Walker loved to make people laugh, even dressing up in a Spider-Man costume on a class trip as a surprise. In addition to acting and pranking, he also enjoys extreme sports, such as snowboarding, parkour, and skateboarding.

Walker Scobell’s Career Beginnings and Breakthrough

Walker discovered his passion for acting way back in elementary school when he started attending drama classes. He went to Fairview Middle School in Pennsylvania and had a great experience starring in his school’s production of Mary Poppins.

Soon after, Walker joined a John D’Aquino acting workshop, hired a manager, and signed with an agency to officially start his acting career! His breakthrough came in 2022, with his first-ever acting job playing a young Ryan Reynolds in the sci-fi hit The Adam Project.

The young actor also starred in the Paramount+ film Secret Headquarters and took over the small screen with his Disney+ series Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Walker is currently working on the upcoming family drama film Blood Knot. When he isn’t traveling or on set, he attends Fairview High School in Pennsylvania.
